2.1. Your order constitutes an offer to us to buy a Product. All orders are subject to acceptance by us.
2.2. A contract between us will be formed when we receive full payment for the order. We will confirm our acceptance by sending you an order confirmation email.
3. Pricing & Payment
3.1. All prices listed on the website are in Pound Sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT).
3.2. We reserve the right to change our prices at our discretion at any time without notice. The price you pay is the price displayed on the website at the time we receive your order.

4. Delivery
4.1. We ship all UK orders using Royal Mail 48 Tracked. We will deliver the goods to the shipping address you provide in your order. It is your responsibility to ensure this address is accurate.
4.2. In the event that a parcel is confirmed as lost in transit by Royal Mail, we will dispatch a replacement order at no additional cost to you.
5. Cancellations, Returns & Refunds
5.1. In accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your contract with us within 14 days of receiving your goods.
5.2. To be eligible for a return, the Product must be unused, and the pack of gel films must remain sealed in its original packaging. You are responsible for paying the postage costs for returning the item.
5.3. If a returned pack has been opened or used, we will only issue a refund in exceptional circumstances, to be determined at our sole discretion.
5.4. Faulty Products: If you believe your product is faulty, please contact us immediately at admin@sublates.com. We require clear photographic evidence of the fault. If we find that the fault is not due to customer misuse, we will provide a full refund or replacement.
6. Product Use & Limitation of Liability
6.1. Our edible gel films are designed to encase supplements for easier consumption. It is your responsibility to ensure they are used correctly and safely.
6.2. WARNING: CHOKING HAZARD. Do not overfill the gel films. Overfilling can make them difficult to swallow and presents a significant choking risk. Sublates Ltd shall not be held liable for any injury, harm, or death resulting from the misuse or improper handling of our Products, including but not to limited to overfilling.
6.3. Our total liability to you for any loss or damage arising in connection with any Product purchased through our Service shall be limited to the total price of the Product in question.
6.4. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer, nor does it limit our liability for death or personal injury resulting from our negligence.
